in How's The Market, Point Dume

So how did the Point Dume neighborhood of Malibu do this year?

I would say pretty well:

First we had a great land sale at the beginning of the year where a ONE Acre parcel on the bluff sold for $11 million. The Point Dume area also had 14 single family home sales with a median of $3,885,000 and an average price paid per square foot of $1,005.14. That is a 20% boost from last years $800 average!
In the Malibu Point Dume condo market we had three sales resulting in a median price of $680,225 and an average price paid per square foot of $475.
On the leasing side, Point Dume came strong again with 28 leases at a median price paid of $8,150/month for an average of 2,800 square foot house.
Condos and Mobile homes in the Point Dume area fetched a median of $3,600 for an average 1,500 square foot space.
Point Dume remains one of the strong and very desirable choice in neighborhoods in Malibu.
