Broad Beach Malibu Real Estate

Broad Beach is one of Malibu’s most exclusive and sought after beach community. The 1.1 mile stretch includes about 100 beachfront homes, many of which are extraordinary. There are only a few undeveloped lots. Broad Beach suffered a great loss of sand during the past 2 years and remediation work has stabilized the situation.
